Services
TechConnect is a service-oriented public computer laboratory and reading room. We offer general hardware tech support for all of our computers and scanners, printing services--black & white only (10 cents per page with Hokie Passport account), image and document scanning (4 color flat-bed scanners are currently available), and assistance in setting up wireless to personal laptop computers.
Assistance for multimedia applications (such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc) can be obtained in the New Media Center. For help on technical applications (such as MatLab), check with your department.
Virginia Tech hosts several computing labs on campus. Many are maintained for certain departments, most are open to students outside of class hours. For more information, visit www.cclab.vt.edu.
Printing

Printing may only be paid for by Hokie Passport. We are unable to accept cash. If you need to pay by cash, please access your documents in Newman Library and you can pay by cash at the cashier's station on the 4th floor.
